Abstract
"This manual provides information on the use of the Microcomputer Program for Bridge Analysis and Rating contained on two floppy disks. A third disk contains the Fortran source. The program was converted to MS/DOT 77 Fortran from UCSD p-Fortran originally written. This program can be operated on an IBM PC/XT, AT, or compatibles. This computer program is used to analyze and rate up to a three-span continuous bridge of a variety of structural types under dead load and AASHTO H, or HS live loading. This program can also accept a nonstandard truck of up to four axles"--Technical report documentation p.
