Previous editions were held in Lie`ge (September 1992), Leuven (May 1994), Lie`ge (May 1996), Marseille (May 1998) and Ghent (May 2000).Previously published in: Computation and Mathematics in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Volume 23, Number 4, 2004.
