Abstract:
This e-book examines education, training and learning in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) operating in both industrially developed and developing countries. It also includes articles on entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial knowledge creation. The articles within cover topics such as enterprise education, SMEs, and teamwork, as well as Investors in People (IiPs), Small Ethnic Minority Businesses (SEMBs) and the Technology Enhanced Enterprise Education project (TE3). The e-book details an ever-expanding field of research and of growing interest and relevance to a large and varied group of stakeholders. The variety of topics within the field contributes to conceptual and contextual debates and alternate perspectives on a complex and fast moving world. This e-book thus aims to fill the void left by mainstream Vocational and Educational Training (VETs) researchers.
