Special education, as the term suggests, is meant specially for those who are unable to get education in the normal manner as we can. That is to sya, the disabled or physically challenged boys and girls. Science has revolutionised whole of the human life. It has opened windows of opportunities not only for those in sound health but for the deprived ones. The Alimghty has endowed few with some or the other extraordinary qualities. These chosen few, in due course of time, make use of their abilities and as a gratitude to their creater, present thier brethren such a gift are Braille sign, which makes them eternal. on such gift are Braille sign, which were named after the inventor's name who was himself a visually disabled genius. Similarly, here are sign for the deaf and dumb, called 'Deaf Finger Spelling',.
