The speed at which the existing Scenario is heading towards a new and newer progress, made in the sphere of technology, has also accelerated the process of Education and transformed the methodologies used. These developments have a great influence on the life of man; there is a growing inclination towards the Emerging Values and the new set-up of society. By and by, the age-old Means and methods of education are being replaced by the new ones. In this context, Media has the greatest share to its credit. Different and diverse means, such as the T.V., the Radio the Internet, etc. are now being used for Teaching purposes. Now, when a Child begins playing with computers and hi-tech Devices at a tender age of five, the traditional methods of teaching and also the Study material have begun losing their importance. Given these changes, governments of different Nations and the recommending steps to be taken for modification, have come out with important and relevant decisions. New trends in this field, largely emphasis on the need of short-terms and job-oriented courses. These trends have given much to us in terms of money, though, they have affected our Health to a considerable extent. In simple terms, it can be said that the machine-like mode of life has given us motion, but has taken away our emotions. The Milk of human kindness is gradually being dried up in our hearts. Hence, indifference, strifes on petty matters and oft-recurring violence. Present work is the fruition of sweating efforts, tailored with utmost care in order to answer queries on the masses, in general, and the teaching personnel, in
