Abstract:
In August of 1987, the International Symposium on the Ecology and Management of Breeding Waterfowl was held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. A major goal was to review the progress that had been made in this field during the previous five decades of research in various subject areas within the broader scope of breeding waterfowl ecology. This volume represents the final versions of the nineteen plenary papers that have been revised and updated since the symposium.
