Abstract:
This report summarizes the results of a research study to investigate the effectiveness of travel demand management (TDM) programs. The investigation consisted of evaluating existing TDM programs throughout the U.S. The study directly measured the quantitative impact of the TDM programs on reducing low-occupancy vehicle trips.
