Abstract:
Workplace e-learning as a socially and culturally negotiated and perpetuated phenomenon remains uncommon, as does the availability of taxonomies that further analyze this idea critically, paradigmatically, and perspectivally. This book develops and discusses a socio-cultural sensitivity taxonomy for the socio-culturally based research and study of workplace e-learning. It focuses on the 'what if' and 'why' of workplace e-learning as groundwork for more relevant, meaningful, and applicable workplace adult education and training from workplace e-learning.
