Abstract:
The consulting engineering firm of Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, was retained to investigate the problem of the reinforcing bars breaking during cold weather construction of the Nebraska City Segmental Bridge. This extensive report describes the work and tests performed by them and the findings of their investigation.
