Abstract:
This report discusses project location, materials, mix proportions, and construction of a two mile test section of sprinkle treatment. Cost comparisons and conservation of resources are considerered. Performance data in the form of chip retention and friction numbers are also presented. An analysis of the various problems encountered in applying the chips is also presented.
