The purpose of this thesis is to prepare of an interactive education environment and to represent to the available courses in Izmir Institute Of Technology, on the Web and to contribute to the studies about distance education in our country. An interactive education environment, which is called the Virtual Campus, had been created using internet technologies such as ASP, VBScript, JavaScript and HTML.
