Özet:
The International Journal of Labour Research is multidisciplinary and of interest to trade union researchers, labour ministries and academics in all the relevant disciplines worldwide - industrial relations, sociology, law, economics and political science. With the adoption of an ILO resolution on a "just transition for all" in 2013, there is now a need to better define the components of a just transition framework. This issue of the Journal examines past instances of economic adjustments and restructurings in different regions of the world to draw the lessons learned on the policy front and how they might inform a just transition framework.
