Özet:
A good-natured Rhode Island state trooper has endured years of internalizing his frustrations about his unfaithful wife, work and the people in his community causing him to develop an alter ego that's abusive, violent, and raunchy. Sent on a trip to escort an extradited prisoner home, the pair soon become the target of unscroupulous developers and a rogue cop.
